We’re sorry to hear that you’re not satisfied with your order! We want to make the return process as smooth as possible and work with you to find a suitable solution.
Return Policy
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Our warehouse is located in China, so return shipping costs are €8 to €12.
We strongly recommend using a Track & Trace service for your return. We cannot be held responsible if the package is lost due to an incorrect address or issues with the carrier.
If you want to return a product because you don’t like it or no longer want it, we will first work with you to find a solution due to the high return shipping costs. This is not only more beneficial for you as a customer but also helps prevent unnecessary return expenses. If we cannot find a suitable solution, you are, of course, free to return the product.

Once you have received instructions from us, return the items to the address provided below. Always use a shipping method with a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the return, so we strongly recommend choosing a traceable shipping option.

🔹 Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive your return in good condition, we will process the refund to your bank account within 14 business days.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. However, please note that all purchases are final and cannot be canceled once an order has been placed. If you need to initiate a return, please refer to our return policy above.
Important Notes:
✔️ To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in its original condition, with all labels and tags still attached. The product must show no signs of use.
✔️ We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged beyond our control.
✔️ All returns are sent to our central warehouse in China at the customer’s expense.
